Return Policy

Strategic Supply LLC will only accept returns of products that meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened merchandise that has been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Merchandise that has not been damaged after shipment from Strategic Supply or drop shipped from another location.
    Note: For any products that are damaged in shipment, we will assist in working with shipping companies to help replace damaged items. However, Strategic Supply does not accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit or subsequent storage.
  • Merchandise that is found to be defective after installing may be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the Manufacturer’s Warranty, but not returned to Strategic Supply LLC.

Merchandise meeting the above criteria may be returned for a 25% restocking fee.
To process a return to Strategic Supply for credit (less the 25% restocking fee), you must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Use the “Contact Us” tab above for contact information. Attempted returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed for credit and the shipment may be refused at the discretion of Strategic Supply. Acceptance of the return shipment does not imply that credit will be given. Return Shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser.

These policies apply to all purchases from Strategic Supply LLC whether on-line shopping cart, email, phone, fax, or voice mail.

 

Updates and Revisions to Policies:

Strategic Supply LLC periodically reviews our policies listed above and changes or updates may be made to these policies. Any and all changes or updates will be posted on this page without notification.
