Shipping and Delivery
Strategic Supply LLC utilizes a variety of expedited shippers, common carriers and the US Postal Service to deliver your products. Orders received on line are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Expedited Delivery is available upon request via the contact information provide above.
Cancellations & Returns
Strategic Supply reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order at our discretion. If cancelled we will notify customers utilizing the contact information provided at the time of placing the order via on-line shopping cart, email, phone or voice mail.
Strategic Supply LLC will only accept returns of products that meet the following criteria:
- Merchandise that has been purchased within the last 30 days.
- Merchandise that has not been installed or placed into service.
- Merchandise has not been damaged after shipment from Strategic Supply or drop shipped from another location. Note: For any products that are damaged in shipment we will assist in working with shipping companies to help replace damaged items. However Strategic Supply does not accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit or subsequent storage.
- Merchandise has not been removed from its original packing, unless found to be defective.
- Merchandise meeting the above criteria may be returned for a 25% restocking fee. If the merchandise is determined to be defective this restocking fee will waived. Return Shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser.
To process a return to Strategic Supply for credit (less the 25% restocking fee) you must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Attempted returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed for credit and the shipment may be refused at the discretion of Strategic Supply. Acceptance of the return shipment does not imply that credit will be given.
These policies apply to all purchases from Strategic Supply LLC whether on-line (via shopping cart), via phone, mail or email.
Updates and Revisions to Policies
Strategic Supply LLC periodically reviews our policies listed above and changes or updates may be made to these policies. Any and all changes or updates will be posted on this page without notification.
