We process only the on-line orders that are authorized by our Merchant Card Solutions Provider. If your order is declined we will attempt to inform you via the contact information that you provide to us while submitting your order. If we are unable to reach you Strategic Supply LLC incurs no liability for not processing or shipping your order.
